How can I see a list of all the attributes in my system?

Hi,I’m trying to keep our system organized and I’d like to see a full and complete list of the attributes in our CIO system. How do I do that? Not all People in the system have all attributes so list would not necessarily be complete...is there a way to see this information? Thank you!
