Would love to automate sending times based off of best and most efficient times for my users, can I do this within Customer.io?
Does Customer.io support Send Time Optimization (STO)?

Thanks for reaching out here in the Customer.io community :) While Customer.io does provide the ability to schedule messages to send a customer’s time zone, providing send time optimization based on historical engagement data is not something that is currently available.
That’s a really neat idea and it’s actually one that we have an open feature request for! I’m happy to add your inquiry about this as feedback there.
