Hey Gabe,
unfortunately there is no automatic translation feature, yet. This help article exlains how to export and import text for translation purposes.
My first idea to automize this is to use the collection feature and an API of an thrid party translator tool like Deepl to solve this. You can try and push the translated text to a collection via API and then use liquid to get it into your messages.
