Hi everyone!

Hoping someone can help. We’re trying to export a list of users who clicked on a specific response to a recent in-app message we sent. In customerio we can see how many users clicked ‘yes’ and how many clicked ‘no’, but can’t find a way to see the actual users (we want to reach out to them personally based on their response).

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

That’s definitely possible and you can achieve that by segmenting users based on the condition below, and when you're ready, export the list with a simple click on the export button.
