Hello, it is the 1st time it happens in 2 years using Customer.io.
I sent a broadcast for 4 recipients to test before sending to all customers. The broadcast's state is "Sending", but task is not completing for more than 2 hours now, recipients are not receving any email.
Moreover, I noticed that a daily exporting task, is still Queued for 12 hours now..
Anyone facing the same issue? Opened a ticket iwh tsupport, but not getting feedback..
