Is there a way we can provide Customer.io SMTP settings in Auth0 SMTP provider to send the emails of Auth0 through customer.io?

Hello economize 👋

Because Customer.io is an API-driven data platform that sends email and not an email delivery infrastructure service (such as SendGrid, Mailgun, Postmark, etc), we actually do not provide the necessary SMTP configurations required by Auth0 in order to send emails through Customer.io unfortunately.

So while we are not a platform that can handle Auth0's email delivery via SMTP, there are certainly other providers named in their documentation that can give you more granular control over deliverability for those emails at a fairly reasonable cost if you wanted to investigate those options.

If you end up using a 3rd-party SMTP provider for Auth0 and like having that granular control over deliverability, you can likely optionally use that same service for delivering your Customer.io emails as well via SMTP. We provide our documentation on supported SMTP providers that Customer.io can use here: https://customer.io/docs/use-your-smtp-server/

Hope this helps! 😊
