Unsubscription link {% manage_subscription_preferences_url %} doesn't work

I've upgraded Liquid for a single message.

{% unsubscribe_url %} - this link worked before the upgrade and works after.

I decided to replace this link with {% manage_subscription_preferences_preferences_url %} - and it doesn't work. When I click on it, it opens "Page not available" window with HTTP ERROR 400.

Subscription center is enabled!

Hey Ross,

Can you double check if you used exactly this liquid code:

{% manage_subscription_preferences_url %}

You had a mixup in your post 😁

Hope that helps,

Felix

I made a mistake in the post 😅,

But the layout has the correct liquid code and it still doesn’t work.

Hey,

No worries. Can you do the following for me plesse:

- send yourself a live test email (because it might be an issue with the preview link in the editor)

- insert the Liquid with the liquid editor

- paste the link that shows the 404 page here

🙂

It's Solved!

This link works, in case you program the message (or click "Send Now")

In the preview or test email, the liquid link doesn't work

Hey Ross,

good to hear that. It still shouldn't be a 404 page. Your subscription center should still show up with a not that this is what your customers will see and that it is only a preview... Seems to be a bug

Best,

Felix
