Transactional Emails Not Showing in 'Sent'


Hi there - 

I just launched my first transactional email, and I’m not consistently seeing them posted to the ‘sent’ section of the app. I can confirm that the emails are being sent, but in customer.io, I don’t see them as sent every time.

Any idea what could be going on here?

Hi Jake,

Byron here from the CIO technical support team. Could you take another look at your transactional emails and see if they display on the sent page now? We had a minor UI issue earlier preventing some messages from displaying. If you still can’t see your messages, would you mind email support at win@customer.io so we can take a closer look?
