Unfortunately, the error message The recipient's inbox is out of storage space means that the recipient no longer has any storage space in their individual inbox and they are no longer able to receive email in that inbox until they free up more space.
If you believe the error was returned in error, could you please reach out to us at win@customer.io and provide a link to the profile and delivery with the error so that we can take a closer look?
