problem with changing domain

I need to change the domain/email for sending messages in customer.io. I can't delete the current domain and activate another one. The MX, SPF, DKIM, and link tracking records have been filled out for more than 2 weeks now, but they are not recognized. We use Cloudflare. How should I proceed? I've tried everything.

the new one is the unverified domain. PLEASE!

 

Hey Luizfilipe, 

Maybe checkout this link and scroll down to "multiple spf records". Maybe customer.io is not merging the spf records automatically. Could also be a problem because of the top level domains. I also advise you to write an email to win@customer.io. They replay pretty fast with accurate answers.
