Is there a native way to see the open or read length (meaning, how long a person has your email open before they click out of it)? I know there are third-party pixel trackers we can put in place, but just wondering if there is a built-in way to capture this within customer.io.

Byron here from the technical support team. We don’t currently have a feature that would show you the length of time an email or other message was open by the recipient.
I’ll add your use case to a feature request we have open with our product team around capturing and providing additional metrics.
