Since it’s possible to use outlook or any other mailing agent as a tool to view an email, I’d like to track that information as well and prioritise the support of the most valuable ones.

This is a great question! At this time, Customer.io does not log the recipient’s email client or device user-agent as data for metrics or segmentation… but this is great feedback! We actually have an open feature request for this functionality, which I’m happy to log your inquiry to as feedback.
