Hi Francisco! Aaron here from the Customer.io support team.

When I visit https://email.takenos.com, I”m able to see that HTTPS termination happens just fine, however it’s the “origin” that’s having an issue. In Cloudflare, your CNAME record should be pointing at “e.customeriomail.com” as the origin. Would you be able to take a look at your configuration and let us know where it’s currently pointing?

For reference, the above is under step #5 of our documentation here: https://customer.io/docs/journeys/https-link-verification/#cloudflare

Hi Aaron, thanks for the quick response!

Im currently pointing at “e.customerioemail.com”, look;

Is there something wrong here you recognize?

Hi Francisco! Thanks so much for your reply.

The CNAME record itself appears to be set up correctly, as it’s pointing as “e.customeriomail.com” as required. However, it seems that the issue might be with your SSL settings. Would you be able to check your settings in Cloudflare and see if they are set to Full or Full (Strict)? The settings for your domain must be set to Full as outlined in step #6 of the documentation above.

Great!!! now it works fine. Thank you very much for the accurate and quick answer and solution! Best, Fran.
