Hi there, I have a Facebook Lead Ads campaign linked to customer.io. Once people fill the questionnaire, they receive invitation to register with us. Once they click to register with us, they become part of standard registration flow, they're asked to double opt-in. And I don't know why, but these calls fail to be delivered because of some missing variables. Is there anyone from customer.io who could look into my settings and help me?

Hi @Iva23 ,

In this case, if you’re seeing missing variables, it is usually due to something that you’re referencing in Liquid being missing. 

For example, if in your email you’re referencing {{customer.name}} but the profile does not have the name attribute, it will cause all the rest of the Liquid references for this person and the email to fail. 

In order to prevent this, you can setup a Liquid Fallback: https://customer.io/docs/journeys/using-liquid/#fallback
