Hi, I was integrated the api for sending the emails and the dashboard says the message was sent and opened but i didnt even receive the emails in the inbox. Please help

Would you be able to check if your inbox provider has filtered the email to spam or whether it might be held in quarantine?
We’ve seen cases where some email recipient’s email servers have enhanced security protocols in place where it scans the emails (hence causing the email to be marked as opened) and then filtering the email to spam or junk folders and this sounds likely to be the case (especially if you notice that the timestamp for the open metric was shortly after the email was delivered).
