Hey there, is it possible to export team Member activity from the UI in Customer.io? I need this for compliance reasons. If so, where and how should I be able to do this? Thanks!

Unfortunately, this isn’t something that you can do in the app just yet. We have access to this data on the backend, but it’s a little messier than we would feel comfortable exposing in the UI right now. We’re working to solve this though, and hope to have a solution that’s very user-friendly in the future. 

If you’re concerned about a specific time range though and want to find out what was done in your account by your team, please reach out to win@customer.io and the technical support team will be able to grab the logs and help you understand them. Sorry we can’t save you the email, but we definitely don’t want to be discussing your account specifics here!

How about everyone else reading this thread? Would you find user activity helpful in the UI so that you could see who from your team is working in the tool and what they’re doing?
