We use the Broadcast feature for regular inventory updates to our engaged customer base.  I’d like to send a webhook to our CRM every time someone clicks on one of our broadcast inventory updates so our sales team can give them a call, but I’m not seeing any way to do this from Broadcasts (vs. Campaigns).  Is there a way to setup workflows from Broadcasts?

Broadcasts are a single message, so it isn’t possible to create a workflow here.

If I’ve understood your use case correctly though, I might have a workaround for you:

  1. Create a segment to capture the people that click on that specific link in your campaign
  2. Create a segment-triggered campaign based on the segment that you created in 1. This can then have a webhook action to send a webhook to your service

Would this work as an option for you? We also have Reporting webhooks which you could set up to receive when someone clicks on an email, but this would be for all emails across your workspace rather than this specific broadcast.
