Hey Customer.io folks!

I have dilemma which I'm sure can be solved for within a customer.io, but I am struggling right now to figure out how đź¤” hoping we can all put our brains together for this one.

I know Customer.io currently supports a full replace of a Collection data. I need to change data on a row-by-row basis and not the entire data set. Is this possible? How can I go about this?

There is not yet a way to change the individual data on a row-by-row basis in Collections. You’d need to make a change and re-upload the whole thing.

Depending on what you’re trying to do, there is a brand new feature, Custom Objects, that may be closer to what you’re looking for: https://customer.io/docs/release-notes/2022-01-23-objects-beta/

What type of data are you storing and what sort of things do you want to do with it? Any context would be helpful so we can brainstorm with you on potential paths.
