My test records are sending fine from Postgres to Customer.io and Intercom but the rest of my records are not. Any tips? Thank you!

Could you please let us know if you’re referring to your incoming Source data in Data Pipelines that you’re referring to here: https://customer.io/docs/cdp/sources/connections/reverse-etl/postgresql/? If that is the case - are you seeing data not populating from specific sources?
Would you be able to provide more details and/or any screenshots (barring any sensitive/identifiable information) in order for us to have a better understanding of the trouble you’re facing, to better point you in the right direction here?
