I cant create a campaign trigger for my OptinMonster popup when a user submits their email.
When I go to “scan website for form” it says “There are no forms”. Possibly because its a popup?
I’ve spent the last several hours trying to figure out how to create a trigger. I have linked OptinMonster to my Customer.io account - the email appears under “People”.
I’ve tried creating some sort of trigger that would search for a tag or something in that submission but no luck.
How do I do this??

you have also tried to send the new lead via Webhook from Optinmonster to CIO? You can use the Webhook feature in Optinmonster and create a trigger-based campaign in CIO. In there you can use the “create or update a person” in order to save the webhook information to the user’s profile.
