Hi,
How do I get the data from the cookies on my website into customer io in the form of events, such as if a customer is on a certain webpage, or a customer buys a certain product. I understand that these can be events in CiO and that I can market based off of information like this. How do I implement it.
Assume I have no development experience and that I work for a small non-profit so there is no in house developer either. I have been over and over the event documentation so I’m turning here for help connecting the data that the cookies collect from my website and how that data gets fed into CIO.
