Clearing Activity Log

Hi

I’ve been testing Customer.io with data from the Staging environment for the last 6 months. We’ve now gone live. I want to be able to clear the activity logs if that’s possible and start fresh? Ive already deleted the people but would prefer to delete the activity too if anybody knows how.

Hi Joanne,

Activity Logs cannot be cleared currently, but old events will disappear after 30 days so that they won’t bother you for long. If the profiles they belonged to no longer exist,  they won’t mess with your segmentation; test data will only be a little annoying visually in the Activity Logs and the Data Index.

We have an active feature request to allow clearing data and another to offer a full-fledged test workspace, so I’ll add your vote there; it sounds like those would have been very useful in this case.
