Assigning Relationships to Objects via Data Feed

We have an integrated data feed from Snowflake to Customer.io and are looking at potentially assigning relationships to objects through this feed. Is there a way to do that? I see the API and UI methods, but no import/integration method. If that is not possible, is there a way to create an automation to assign the relationship based on an attribute we are already appending to a person’s profile? (Maybe as part of the workflow - say, ‘if [this] attribute = [this], assign [this] object relationship’?)

Hey @tracy.davis ,

It is possible to create a relationship between a Profile and an Object via reverse ETL integrations such as Snowflake. 😊

I’ve linked our documentation on the Query Requirements here for your easy reference: https://customer.io/docs/journeys/snowflake-reverse-etl/#query-requirements

(The alternative is definitely also possible where you can create a campaign, and send a webhook request to our API to update the relationship.)

I hope this helps to point you in the right direction!
