From the last 2 weeks I made an email campaign and currently I would like to check the unsubscribed rate as my guardrail metrics.
The thing is the unsubscribe rate is 0%. I don’t know is it valid or not. How do we know this unsubscribed rate is valid? or could everyone let me know how to track unsubscribed rate in campaign?

Hi Magareth,
if you made sure there is a {% unsubscribe %} or {% unsubscribe_url %} tag in your emails the metric is correct. Also by looking at the open rate (11.3%) the unsubscribe rate of 0% sounds legit. Fewer people who open means also fewer people who can unsubscribe.
