Set Workflow condition based on number of times an event occured


How can I set a workflow condition so that the condition is only true if a certain event occurred at least 3 times in the last 7 days?

As a follow-up this functionality does exist for something like AppCues.

Hi Franz,

I’m not sure if I get your question correct but you can try these:
1. Use a segment with the conditions: “Event have been performed at least 3 times in the past 7 days”
2. For an event trigger campaign where a person can enter every time performing an event. You can try to put a “create or update a person” after the event. It will count how many times they perform this event. You can reset the counter after a specific time, or create a true/false split.

thanks for the swift reply, yes, 1. could work, but it seems a bit hacky to me, if I compare it to AppCue’s functionality.

For 2., what would I update for that person? A custom attribute that I would first have to create (like an event counter?)
