Hi Customer.io helpers and experts! I have a question regarding multiple email addresses for a single person. In some cases, when a single user has two email addresses, one of them is either not active (they don’t use it), or bounces because it’s the wrong email address.

 

Is it possible to create a rule in my campaign where if the first email fails or is not opened within X amount of days, then Customer.io would automatically try to send the message to their other email address? What’s the best way to accomplish this?
