Is there a good solution for managing people in multiple campaigns?
Our purchase cycle is very long (real estate) with multiple funnels. Occasionally we will send someone from one funnel into another. For example, we send some of our partial sign up’s (abandon basket equivalent) which I will call campaign 1 to our instant valuation tool which I will call campaign 2. Both are event driven and both have the same goal (to book in a home valuation).
I need to make sure that those people who are in the in campaign 1 stop recieving emails from that campaign and only receive emails from campaign 2 so we don’t over communicate. BUT, here’s the tricky part — the business still needs to know if the people in campaign 1 have a goal conversion even if they completed the goal via campaign 2 so I cannot just exit them.
Has anyone managed to overcome this challenge?
