No message gets deliveried

have you tested it yourself and does it still show no open? Is it possible that none of the 253 recipients opened the app, as described here in “Sent”? 🙂

I didn’t get the message and the amount of people that have “sent” is now 475 but still no open. The event “App launched” is when someone opens the app, I would like the message only to trigger for people who is not premium and that’s why I wanna check before delivery so that the person hasn’t signup. Do you have any idea of how to get the message to open?
