have you tested it yourself and does it still show no open? Is it possible that none of the 253 recipients opened the app, as described here in “Sent”?

I didn’t get the message and the amount of people that have “sent” is now 475 but still no open. The event “App launched” is when someone opens the app, I would like the message only to trigger for people who is not premium and that’s why I wanna check before delivery so that the person hasn’t signup. Do you have any idea of how to get the message to open?
