Message limit in-apps

Message limit function is only for email messages, right? https://prnt.sc/VVGMLOnNt78B
How can I set the similar limits for in-apps? For example, a client shouldn’t receive an in-app message more than 1 time per day?

Thanks for reaching out!

We have this on our roadmap, but due to the way in-app messages are queued, in-app messages don’t fall under our message limits setting. In-app messages are a bit unique as you could send it one day but it will wait until the user visits the page before displaying which could be the next day. We’d like to improve this and have ideas here, but haven’t added this to the message limits feature.

 

For now, you can use expiration to control how long your in-app messages are available for to prevent too many messages appearing in a similar time period for a customer.
