Is it possible to manually enroll a particular user in a campaign? (alternatively, is it possible to manually trigger an event so that they're enrolled in the campaign for that event?)

Thank you for writing in today.
Getting right into your question, the person will need to meet the campaign trigger to trigger the campaign, there is no way to manually send someone through a campaign. As long as the campaign is event-triggered, you can send an event for that person via the UI. Alternately, you could send the event using the API.
