I need to pause entrance into one of the emails of our campaign due to a technical glitch on our website where we drive traffic to in one of our steps. I'd like the rest of the campaign to continue business as usual so don't want to pause the entire campaign. I want all leads to stay where they are within the campaign with new leads being queued until our technical issue is resolved.

Hey Jeff,

the only workaround that came to my mind is the “Wait until” option. You can add this before every message until the glitch is solved, then remove it. You just have to make sure that the leads do not exit the campaign immeditley, but continue in the flow.
