I am setting up a new campaign, but I would like to exclude users who are currently in another active campaign. Is there a simple way to create a condition “not in [active campaign]”?

Thanks for your reply! I should have mentioned that I’m using the frequency setting for users to enter that campaign multiple time and therefore can’t use filters.
I’m wondering if I could add them to a segment as they enter and remove them upon exit and use that segment as an exclusion for the new campaign, maybe?

the easiest way is to use filters when setting up a campaign. You can find more information about it here.
You can not sepcificly exclude people who are “in campaign XY right now”, but you can exclude people in certain segments or with certain values.
