Hi

I just started my first onboarding campaign that is trigger based (events through segment).

I can see the drafts and can press send on users who trigger these events but the emails deliver to the test account and not the user email, what am I missing?

From your description, it sounds like your overall workspace setting is set to ‘Test Email Delivery’ instead of ‘Send messages normally’. To fix this, click on the Settings tab from the left-hand menu > Workspace Settings > General Workspace Settings > scroll down to ‘How do you want to deliver messages?’ > select Send Normally > Save Changes.
