Currently, Customer.io does not offer a built-in printing option for campaigns within the application.
However, here are a couple of options outside of Customer.io using the "Save as PDF" destination in your computer's print settings.
- You can send yourself a test email from the campaign or broadcast, select print, then save it to PDF from your email client.
- You can include the view in browser link in your messages, view the email in your browser, select print, and save to PDF from there. This works a little better than printing from email because it will not contain some of the extras like the subject and recipient email address that you'll see when printing from your email client.
