G2’s assessment of Customer.io indicates that landing pages can be created, but now that I’m in Customer.io, I can’t find where/how to create landing pages or if it is just called something else.
Does Customer.io enable creation of landing pages like Mailchimp and others do, or will I need to create them entirely via my CMS?

It isn’t possible to build landing pages within Customer.io at the moment but you can absolutely connect your lead capture form on your existing website or landing pages so that the data is passed over to Customer.io and this help article goes over the details on how you can connect your forms. So you would need to create them in your CMS.
