Is there a checklist somewhere for my workflows in Customerio?

Hey there, It can be daunting to launch a campaign, use this checklist to ensure everything is prepped and ready to launch:

General

  • [ ] Is the campaign name easily searchable or follow a naming convention for your company
  • [ ] Is there a description & tags so that the rest of your team knows the purpose of the campaign

Audience

  • [ ] Do the Trigger and Filter conditions capture the group of profiles you hope to capture
  • [ ] Is the Frequency correct for how often profiles go through a campaign (if you are unsure, reach out to your CSM or Technical Support to check)
  • [ ] If leveraging a Subscription Center, check the topic set to match the campaign's content. Remember sending to unsubscribed profiles should only occur for transactional messaging.

Goal and Exit

  • [ ] Check that the Goal and Exit conditions are not in conflict - profiles don’t exit before being able to convert.

Workflow

  • [ ] While it may seem tedious (depending on the size of your campaign), double-check logic in each workflow item.

Email

  • [ ] Is the from address, subject, and pre-header correct
  • [ ] Are all elements rendering correctly
  • [ ] Check for any liquid errors
  • [ ] Do links render to the correct URL
  • [ ] Do images contain ALT Text
