I have a campaign running for a product that has rolling admissions. It is a 12-day program, but you can join at anytime. When you join, you will join the group on the appropriate day (say, Day 3) not from the beginning. Customers will have access to the previous days’ recordings. My triggers are set up correctly for new customers, but I am unsure how to have them enter the workflow at the appropriate day (if they join on Day 3, they do not need Day 2 + Day 1 emails). Is the simple solution to turn those workflow days to Draft/Queue after they are completed or is there a better automated way to do this?
You can have an attribute that connects to the next live session they are going to attend and have this attribute update for everyone in the segment after the class is done.
Plug this into the workflow conditions and you would be good to go.
