When you mentioned "auto-approve drafts," did you mean you want the email to go out automatically without you having to send the drafts in the "Drafts" tab?
If so, you can set the sending behavior to "Send automatically" here:
If you just want to keep the setting to "Queue Draft" and send all the drafts at once, you can go to the "Drafts" tab and select all drafts like this:
