I don't understand what happened to my segment, the condition of the segment is people who have rebounded. There were 85,000 users, and there was a jump to 210,000 users, what could be the reason?

@Ricky can you post your segment definition here? profiles are constantly monitored if they are matching your segment definition, so either more people suddenly matched your definition, or you changed the definition (and changed back), which also leads to jumps or decreases in segment size
