I accidentally deleted and email, with the assumption that you could undo or it wouldn’t be saved instantly.

 

Although now i dont find undo or otherway to restore it. Does someone have a good suggestion?

We’re not able to restore specific emails, but we can restore a campaign to a previous version that included the email. This will rollback all changes to the point before you deleted the email
