As there is no way to check the reply status in an email at customer.io. How can I remove a contact that has entered the workflow and replied to me (will do it manually email-wise)

View originalJumping in, if you would like to remove a profile from a Journey, you can view their journey and click on End this journey to manually remove them. Here's a quick example:
