Hello! Are we able to reenroll users into a campaign?

I want users with a specific attribute to go through the same campaign which they've already completed. Is this possible?

Using the following example, we can see that the current frequency setting does not allow a user to re-enter it:

As a result, it won't be possible for people to re-enter the campaign unless you change this to one of the following:

  • Every re-match: people must stop matching the trigger and filter conditions before they can match the campaign conditions and trigger the campaign again.
  • At fixed intervals: people will repeat the campaign at a set interval, provided they still match the conditions when the interval elapses.

That said, if you do change the frequency setting from no re-entry to one of the aforementioned, you'll want to keep the following in mind:

  • Changing from “No (re-entry)” to “Every re-match” AFTER a person has entered and left. - Expect the person to be able to re-enter after dropping out and entering the segment and respecting the interval.
  • Changing from “No (re-entry)” to “Every re-match” AFTER a person has entered but has not left yet. - Expect the person to finish the journey and to be able to re-enter after dropping out and entering the segment and respecting the interval.
  • Changing from “No (re-entry)” to “At fixed intervals” AFTER a person has entered and left. - Expect the person to NOT re-enter automatically unless they somehow unmatch and rematch the trigger on their own. If you need existing matches to start re-entering, we can run a force-matched process on our end to use the new frequency.
  • Changing from “No (re-entry)” to “At fixed intervals” AFTER a person has entered but has not left yet. - Expect the person to re-enter the campaign according to the settings after the current journey finishes.
