Hi,Has anyone found a great way to automate your list cleaning process? Some type of a pre-sending, hygiene within customer.io without using external tools to do so.

How to measure Typeform conversions

We are using Typeform to send out an NPS survey and I want to set a conversion goal for the same as only those people should be counted as converted who have filled the Typeform. How would I set this up?

Add non-customers to Customer.io

We are hosting an event at the end of the month and we want to send people whoa aren’t customers of ours an invitation to this event. As we don’t have them on Customer.io, is there a possibility that we can still email this group or a way to add them? When trying to add them as a CSV, I know the system will not allow me to add their emails.
