Hello! We noticed a problem with in-app messages on iPhone Chrome/Safari, the messages arrive and are displayed correctly, but when you tap on the message, opening the embedded link does not work. In- app message does not respond. There is no such problem on other devices...

For your in-app messages, are you setting up your link as a Deep Link or Universal Link? For iOS devices, you might need to set up Universal Link for iOS in order for it to work correctly: https://customer.io/docs/sdk/ios/push/#universal-links-deep-links
If you’re using the iOS SDKs, you’d also want to check on how your app is handling how universal links are being opened: https://customer.io/docs/sdk/ios/troubleshooting/#universal-link-opens-in-browser-instead-of-app.
