Is it possible to retract and email sent from Customer.io? I need to unsend a message ASAP.

Thanks for reaching out.

Unfortunately, it's not possible to retract a message once it's been delivered to the email service provider. I did want to note that the one thing we could help with in some situations, is that we could stop the queue for any messages configured to send with a limit. Doing so would prevent any new messages from being sent, but once delivered we can not retract a message. In this case, I do not see that your latest send had a message limit applied.
