I am using Drag-and-Drop editor and I select the image > Content > Content Properties and select the option to open a web-page and specify the link appears only in desktop version, in mobile version is not be sending with the link, why ( in fact appear, but when I send the image, the version in mobile do not appear the hiperlik).
What is the problem?

that is weird. Have you tested it in the Preview tab as well as with a test email? If so, which ISP are you using (Gmail, Outlook etc.)?
