Is there a way to manually upload people to the Suppression List? I mean bounces and spam complaints from the previous ESP. Thank you!

UPD: I found this ‘https://customer.io/docs/journeys/deleting-users/#esp-suppression’ > you cannot add addresses to the suppression list through Customer.io.

What do you recommend to do with bounces and spam complaints? Do not import these to Customer.io?

While it isn’t possible to adjust the ESP suppression list within Customer.io, it is possible to do this via our API. Here is the endpoint that you could use for this: https://customer.io/docs/api/app/#operation/postSuppression
