We have two types of objects: Publisher and Advertiser. People can be attributed to one or more of both of these.
I’m attempting to use the relationship to generate segments for people where relationships to these exist. But the calculation isn’t working right.
We have about 7,000 people, roughly evenly split between the two. But when I create a segment using ‘relationship to advertiser exists’, the segment only has 1,300 people in it.
To test the fact that this is broken, I created another segment where relationship to advertiser does NOT exist, and clicked on some of those people..and can find many examples of people being caught by that segment who in fact do have a relationship to Advertiser.
Any ideas what could be happening here?
