I’ve followed Lytics documentation to send data from customer.io to Lytics.
But it seems that Lytics is NOT receiving the email event records from customer.io.
I created the key using an ADMIN account if it matters.
It it possible that there are special steps that needs to be checked?
I have configured the reporting webhooks in customer.io and it tests ok.

I’m sorry to hear that sending webhook data is not working as expected, but since Lytics created and owns the integration, you will have to contact their support team for troubleshooting tips. If they need further assistance from our side, though, we’re available at win@customer.io
