CustomerIO does not recognize devices after migrating from version 2.x to 3.x

I’ve just updated the SDK from version 2.x to version 3.x follow this documentation https://customer.io/docs/sdk/ios/whats-new/3.x-upgrade/. But CustomerIO does not recognize devices to send messages. I checked in the board and devices section is empty. I still see some event like `Attribute Change`.

Any one knows how to fix it ?
